This is a private home in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado that is a great location with awesome views, amazing rock formations, and a feel of great seclusion at the base of historic Old Man Mountain. Only a 1/2 mile hike from the property into Rocky Mountain National Park along the well marked trails, and a half mile from town. Wonderful outdoor living spaces including 2000 sq ft of decks, man-made small pond with waterfall, fire pit, and your o Spotted Horse at the Elkhorn wn private outdoor hot tub. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths sleeps 8. Main level has 1 queen in bedroom and queen pull out in living room, 1 bath, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and tv. Upstairs has a king in one bedroom and twin bunk beds in the other bedroom, and a full bath. TV, internet, blue ray for Netflix (if you bring their own password).

There is a separate apartment on the lower level which is periodically occupied by the owner.
