Welcome to Ed Hineline Jr., Photography. My photography is dedicated to my father, Ed Hineline, Sr., who taught me to capture and share the beauty of the world through my lens.
As a native South Floridian, I was born and raised in the city of Hollywood. I graduated from Hollywood Hills High School and earned my Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University with my major in Computer Science with minor work in Systems Programming. My career has led me to my current position as a Director of Information Systems for a large school district but my passion has always been in the field of photography. I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was a teenager.
I learned photography basics working in our family owned film processing lab where I gained a love of capturing images that freeze moments in time for eternity. My interest in photography is to continuously learn how to shoot vibrant images that tell a story and elicits some emotion from the audience. I get great satisfaction from shooting family, friends, scenery, and events that show excitement, fun times, but most importantly tell a story.
I’ve had the opportunity to photograph special events such as weddings, parties, portraits, nature, sporting events, and many other activities. I have gained experience in print processing and post production work utilizing Photoshop and other graphic applications.
I produce images for print and licensing purposes. Most importantly I shoot and produce images for viewing enjoyment. If you like my photography or have suggestions on how I can improve please leave a comment or send me an email.
